Event Images is the photographic side of the CK Art (www.ckart.co.uk) run by the husband and wife team of Steve and Claire Kitcher.

Please feel free to browse our online albums of photographs taken at local events. Simply use the links at the top of each page to navigate through the site. If you have any other questions that are not answered below, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Due to other commitments, we will not be covering any events until further notice.

Photographs taken are displayed in Event Albums which automatically link in with our order system. Remember that the images shown online are very low quality compared to the original high resolution images.

Photos displayed online will have gone through basic editing/cropping, we use professional quality digital equipment which enables us to crop prints considerably without noticeable loss of quality. See the photo editing section for further details and examples.

Images will remain online for approximately 12 months. After this time, prints are still available by special order and will be added to the Archive Album for a short time as requested.

Many of the photographs on display are candid shots which we sincerely hope bring you enjoyment as intended, but if you do find a photograph of yourself that you would prefer not to have on show, please contact us and we will gladly remove it from the album.

7" x 5", 8" x 6" and 8" x 10" prints can be supplied with or without strut mounts.

16" x 12" and 20" x 16" prints are supplied unmounted. Bevel cut mounts/frames are available.

All prints ordered online are produced by a professional photographic company using traditional photographic techniques.

All photos are also available in monochrome at no extra charge.

Occasionally the photo subject cannot be cropped to the standard photo mount proportions without losing an important part of the subject. In this case you will be supplied with the full size picture and the mount (if required) separately. You can then chose to cut the picture down or purchase a different mount/frame.

This site has been designed to make the whole ordering process as simple as possible, but if there is something we have missed, or you would like prints, mounts or frames in a different size or finish, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To order prints online: By far the simplest way to order. Just select the print size with or without a mount and enter the quantity required in the order form at the bottom of each album page, the event details and image number will be entered automatically for you. (The order form is not available when using the slide show). The order will be added to your shopping cart.

We accept payment by most Credit/Debit cards securely online. If you would prefer not to pay online, select mailing/faxing payment to pay by cheque or debit card. There is also a "Call Me" option, where we call you for your payment details.

To order by post: Please download and print out the offline order form Click Here. Enter clearly the event details, image number (IMG_????), quantity, size of the prints and whether mounts are required. The carriage cost is £2.75 per order.

To order Jpeg files: These are available by Email. please see below

Collection: Of course, if you are local you can always order by phone, collect the photos in person and save the carriage costs. But please remember that as we work from home, we do not have set hours. Phone 01590 683808 Click Here for Map.

If you would like to produce your own prints, Jpegs files are available by Email for personal use only. We suggest you save the original, then work with a copy. You can print your own or burn the file on a cd to take to your local photo store.

Digital files are supplied for personal use only, allowing you to make as many prints as you wish, edit the photographs, produce cards, etc, providing they are not sold for profit. If there several images that you would like, we can supply these on CD at special rates. Please contact us with your requirements.

Copyright is not included unless by prior arrangement. If you would like to use the image for publication or profit, please Contact Us.

If you require photographs of your horses, ponies, dogs, pets or even the family we can come out to you and and take them for you. We do not offer studio work or cover weddings, but are happy to come to your home or meet you out in the New Forest for most other kinds of photography. We use professional quality digital SLR cameras, the images can be viewed on a laptop computer and retaken if necessary.
	The call out/photography charge is £25 for the local area, further distances will be subject to a travel charge depending on mileage. Prints and framing charges are as the normal pricing structure. If you have several animals, yard visits are available from £75.00 for half a day for the local area approx 25 miles, further distances will be subject to a travel charge depending on mileage. Price includes all images supplied on disk. Prints and framing charges are as the normal pricing structure.
